1. Eligibility:

• Nominees must be legal residents of Jacksonville, FL, or surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius.

• Nominees must own the property receiving the floor makeover or have written permission from the property owner.

• Nominees must be 18 years or older.

• The floor area must be concrete-based and in good condition (no major structural repairs or moisture issues).

• Employees of Caiman Coatings and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Submission Rules:

• Nominations must be submitted by 11:59 PM on July 31, 2025. (This date is the end of the promotion)

• One nomination per person.

• Nominations must include the nominee’s full name, location, reason for nomination, and photo(s) of the space to be transformed.

• Incomplete or false submissions may be disqualified at our discretion.

3. Selection Process:

• One winner will be selected based on impact, story, and eligibility.

• The winner will be notified by August 5, 2025, via phone or email.

• By entering, nominators and nominees agree to allow Caiman Coatings to use their story, photos, and project images for promotional purposes.

4. Scope of Giveaway:

• Includes a standard flake epoxy floor system for up to 200 sq ft of surface area.

• Installation must be scheduled within 30 days of winner selection.

• Winner agrees to allow Caiman Coatings access to the property for a pre-install inspection and installation.

• Floor includes C2POLY technology, a full flake broadcast system, and a Lifetime Warranty against delamination.

5. Limitations & Exclusions:

• No substitutions, cash value, or transfers.

• The floor must be free of excessive moisture, major cracks, or foundation damage.

• No other areas or structures beyond the winning project are included.

• If site conditions prevent proper installation, Caiman Coatings reserves the right to rescind the prize or offer a substitution.

6. Liability Waiver:

By participating, nominators and nominees waive any and all claims against Caiman Coatings for injury, damage, or loss arising from participation or installation.
